    Policy Expert- Shecco

    Marie is responsible for Shecco’s worldwide policy and regulatory analysis relevant for wider adoption of natural refrigerants-based technology in the HVAC&R sector. She is part of Shecco’s Market Development department, which provides services such as market research, public affairs, and international project management

    Marie holds a Master’s degree (MA Hons.) in Political Science from Sciences Po Bordeaux (France). She has previously worked at the European Parliament and the food company Danone.

    Dariusz Binczyk

    Sales Director South & East Europe – Güntner Group

    Mr Dariusz Binczyk joined the Güntner Sales Team on 1 November 2010. As sales manager for the Eastern European region, he is responsible for the further expansion and consolidation of the lines of business. In his position at Güntner, he is investing his international experience of many years in a customer-oriented market development. His skill-set has been shaped and enriched by always actively listening to both internal and external customers, while adopting a policy within a multi-cultural work environment

    Kenneth B. Madsen

    Business Development Manager – Advansor

    Kenneth has a long experience in working with natural refrigerants, starting with his activity in Danish technological institute 2001-2007. He continued to work as application specialist on food retail and CO2 in Danfoss and beginning with 2018 starts in Advansor as business development manager

    With over 10 years in the business Advansor is one of the leading OEM manufacturers of sustainable thermal systems for heating and cooling utilising CO2 as a refrigerant. The systems are in use in supermarkets, frozen and cold storage facilities, power plants, the food processing and chemical industry as well as providing air conditioning for office buildings.

    Razvan Voicu

    Chief Operating Officer – Frigotehnica

    With a vast experience gained in key positions (sales, design, project management and top management) in leading companies – YORK, Sabroe and Johnson Controls, Razvan have been a significantly contributed to the development of Frigotehnica over 10 years since joining the team. Good understanding of the evolution of customer needs, the passion for innovative solutions in the field of cold, the close collaboration with the team of designers, the permanent search for new technologies and optimizations has helped us to provide our customers with efficiency, safety and quality. These efforts quickly succeeded in winning flagship projects in industry.

    Adrian Neacsu

    Managing Director – Frigotehnica

    Adrian has been part of the Frigotehnica team since 2005, completing all stages of development within the company, with great earnestness and ambition. A graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Bucharest Politehnica University, he has successfully coordinated major international and local projects, as well as refrigeration projects in Bulgaria, The Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine and Germany, contributing to the expansion of Frigotehnica in the region.
