PM Overview:
Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Key responsabilities:
Develops and implements the projects under his / her responsibility, from the design and planning stage to the evaluation of the results, in order to ensure that the activity is carried out according to planning and is in the budget.
Develops the project plan as a whole and presents it to the client, negotiates with it the terms of the project (budget, resources, time grid, milestones, conditions, responsibilities).
Report the client in the initial stages, the way the project is being carried out.
Solves the problems that can arise from unforeseen situations, including replanning the project and negotiating the new conditions with the client.
Keeps contact with the client and asks him to participate in the project within the initial limits.
Assesses the project in the testing phases and initiate the necessary changes.
Is responsible for compiling Post Calculation;
Follows revenue management to reduce risks and works where cash flow problems occur.
Delivers the final results of the project and ensures its reception in good conditions.
Evaluates the results of the project after a certain period of delivery, in terms of customer satisfaction and objective improvements.
Prepares new projects that harness the existing expertise at the company level.
Drafts budget proposals for each project and evaluates the impact of the project.
Makes proposals for development and improvement of activity in the field of responsibility.

The ideal candidate must have:
Bachelor’s degree or under graduation, with specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Machinery and Thermal Equipment, Plants, Refrigerating Equipment, HVAC Equipment;
Theoretical and practical project management knowledge – would be considered an asset.
Minimum experience of at least 1 year in PM – preferably but not mandatory.
Project Management qualification or equivalent – are considered an asset;
At least one international language (English / French / German) – advanced level (written, read, spoken);
Microsoft Office Suite – advanced level;
AutoCAD – optional medium level – is considered an asset;
Driving license category “B” – mandatory;
Ability to organize and plan activities;
Very good communication and negotiation skills;
Decision-making capacity and prioritization;
Dynamic person;
Responsibility in performing tasks with deadlines;
Availability for permanent professional development.
Availability for business trips – this position require to travel
